Product Introduction
Application
Sanitary self-priming pump is specially designed to dispose of liquid materials that contain some gas. The pump is widely used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other similar industries. It can serve as a reflux pump, return pump, or circulation pump in CIP cleaning systems.
Standard design
This pump is composed of a motor, pump shaft, mechanical clamping jacket, sanitary mechanical seal, support connection, rear plate impeller, pump shell, etc. It is a return pump specially designed for CIP. It features a stainless steel protective cover used to protect the motor, and the unit is supported by four adjustable feet.
Signle mechanical seal is standard, if you need double mechanical seal, please contact with us.

2. Excellent electrical performance, low noise, low vibration, high permance protection grade IP54, IP55. Special IP56 can be optional, please contact with us.
3. Standard power is 380V/50HZ/3phase, we can make speical power and special power, please contact with us when ordering.

Installation method and location:
It is very necessary to check the following before installation:
The stick is in good condition.
Whether the on-site power supply is the same as the rated power on the motor nameplate.
Whether it meets the environmental conditions (avoid flammable and explosive environment or acid corrosion environment).
Installation Lage:
The pump's installation foundation should generally be level and sufficiently reinforced. Install it as far as possible at the lowest position of the equipment, that is, at the position with the maximum head height.
Piping installation:
The diameter of the pump pipe and the inlet and outlet of the pump should be the same, and the diameter of the inlet pipe should not be too small. If the pipe diameter is smaller than the pump diameter, adjust it with an eccentric reducer to shorten the pipe diameter so as to avoid the formation of a gas leak. The outlet pipe diameter must not be too large either. If the outlet pipe diameter is larger than the pump outlet, try to widen it. Distance from the pump outlet to avoid overloading the pump motor.
